   •    We deliver across Qatar with a flat delivery charge of QAR 20.
   •    Free delivery is available for orders above QAR 100.
   •    Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM; orders placed after 3 PM             will be delivered the next day.

 

2. Return & Exchange Policy
   •    Products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of purchase.
   •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
   •    A valid proof of purchase is required.
   •    Refunds will be processed in the original payment method or as store credit.

3. Order Cancellation
   •    Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
   •    Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a                     return after delivery.
